Foremost. Your company probably has the absolute worst public relations consumer of any business in the United States.

Because you cannot access a live customer service representative unless you provide your social security number and or prepaid card number. This does not surf ice in cases where a person, like myself has a valid Brinks account and your system does not recognize my social security number and because I'd have never received my card I do not know my card number and therefore because of both of these issues your automated system absolutely prevents me from speaking with a live customer service representative to deal with the issues. This profusely comes close to bring perpetrating a fraud upon the consumer. I strongly suggest you bring this to the corporate attention and strongly recommend that you correct that procedure.

Because I'm inclined to bring legal action. The first issue. I hereby formally request that you send me a new Brinks prepaid card because I have never received the original card in which you had sent to me several months ago. I therefore request that you send my new card to my new permanent address of 6547 North Academy Boulevard, unit 204, Colorado Springs Colorado 80918.

I hereby further advise and request that you enter a formal change of address on your Brinks records to reflect my new aforesaid Academy Boulevard address as my permanent residence address for purposes of receiving the new Brinks prepaid card and for all future correspondence is from Brinks. I further explicitly State all previous addresses are hereby null and void and not valid. My only valid address is the Academy Boulevard address as aforementioned. Emphasis added.

Resolution to the first issue. Forthwith send me a new Brinks prepaid card to my aforesaid Academy Boulevard address. Secondly enter a formal address change which reflects my now current Academy Boulevard Colorado Springs address for purposes of sending me the new card and all future correspondence is from Brinks. The second issue.

As I indicated previously I attempted repeatedly to contact you via telephone through your automated system. Your automated system requires that I provide my social security number and or my Brinks prepaid account number in which to access a live Brinks customer service representative and if not the Brinks automated system disconnect my call and I cannot reach any live Brinks customer service representative to address the issues. This comes profusely close to Brinks perpetrating a fraud upon Brinks customers who have a legitimate account but who cannot provide this information due to they have not received the card or Brinks not recognizing a valid social security number of a legitimate Brinks client. I strongly suggest and highly recommend that Brinks corrector automated system so that the system will recognize a valid social security number or a valid Brinks account number or alternatively Brinks needs to implement and it done them to their automated system to where a person can reach a live brings customer service representative if they are unable to provide their social security number or account number as aforesaid so they can access a customer service representative to address legitimate issues from a legitimate customer.

If this is not corrected please be advised that it's my intention to bring legal action. The third issue. My sister has turned over her Internal Revenue tax refund check to me. She has signed endorsed to check and then endorsed it over to made payable to me for deposit into my personal account.

Having said that. Can I deposit my sister's Internal Revenue check made payable to her in which she has signed and signed over to me and made payable to me into my Brinks prepaid account? Emphasis added. The fourth issue.

Can I set up a business Brinks prepaid? If so please provide me with the procedure in which to establish a business account under the business name. The fifth issue. If I am able to set up a business Brinks prepaid account.

I have the following question. I am setting up a check cashing and payday loan business. Having said that. Will I be able to deposit checks in which I cash for other persons whom are made payable to those persons in which I cash and then they are made payable to the business for deposit into my Brinks prepaid account?

Emphasis added. I suggest and highly recommend that you respond to each of these issues and take appropriate corrective action as requested.
