Billing me for services not received
In January my contract was up and I decided to switch services so I got with a salesman whom sat at my table in December across from me as I called brinks to cancel..I verified with brinks my password then passed my phone to Chris to complete the call. Long story short they haven't monitored/provided me with a service but are still charging me month by month. But can tell me about the policies & clauses so I asked where in the clause is it that you can bill me for services that I'm not getting.
Somebody Please Make this Make sense. This is theft. Document each call bad day or not! Also be knowledgeable and set the customers expectations during each call rather they believe it's pertinent info or not.
And lastly if you're going to continue to bill the client monthly at least provide the service they are being billed for.
I want my damn money back. Very upsetting And this is not over
Preferred solution: A full refund, an apology for having to argue with 3 representatives, and for services to completely cancel effective immediately!
User's recommendation: Find another company unless you want to be robbed.

Verified Reviewer |Epic failure providing no customer service
I need an insurance certificate. I call the number provided to request an insurance certificate during the hours stated (advertised as 7 days a week) and automated message states closed for the weekend used Brinks.com.
I go to Brinks.com and find I can not leave a message unless I register. To register I must provide customer number Brinks has never given me. I can't register using my name, email and phone number Brinks uses to contact me so Brinks.com is useless. I call the number again and it allows an option to "text with a live agent." No live agent comes on.
The automated response requests I answer questions with simple yes or no. It asks if I am a current customer. yes. I text the word yes 22 times.
Then it comes back stating it is my virtual customer consultant. It gives me a menu of options with F) Insurance certificate as my response. It comes back with I'm sorry I didn't catch that plus same menu of options. I text insurance certificate 7 times.
Finally it texts one simple word: email. I reply with my email. Automated response comes back. Sorry I couldn't process your request.
It sends me a non-functional link from the help center to request an insurance certificate. Then it sends a text asking Did I answer all your questions today? answers are yes, I'm all done or no, I have more items. Automated response does not recognize a no, I have more items response texted 10 times.
I text live agent. It responds I understand you would like to speak with an agent I am going to route you to one now. Nothing further happens for long minutes. It then sends we have received your message.
Thanks for contacting Brinks home. No agents are available to assist you right now but your request has been queued. I am officially now in the Q rabbit hole. my message will be answered in the order it was received.
I text the same number again with the same fumbled responses. Final insulting text message from the automated response: I'm sorry I didn't catch that. A)yes, I'm all done. No, I have more items.
I text the exact response requested. No, I have more items. It responds numerous times with the exact same response. The automated text is unable to actually serve customers.
No live agents are available. The number advertised to use 7 days a week is not manned.
Brinks.com is not available to a customer who can't provide information only available by calling customer service. I question why I should use a company that provides such miserable useless responses to a request for customer service.

Scammers that want your SSN
After verifying all of my ID and documents I was requested to upload a photo of my social security card.. I was uncomfortable and weary but I uploaded the SS card.
Next day I get an email saying my identity could not be verified and my account was closed.
I am in disbelief as I uploaded the following documents to them: Passport, State ID, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Social Security Card, Last 5 years of address..
And they expect me to believe they couldnt verify my identity with all of that information?
Something is very fishy and now Im worried my personal information may be in the wrong hands. Stay away from this shady company!
